Not Studios is led by Creative Director, Charlotte Tepstad.

With a background in artist- and project management, visual merchandising, and interior design, combined with her own journey as an independent artist, she brings a unique eye for visual storytelling that blends music, aesthetics, and emotion together in perfect harmony.

As both an artist and an artist manager herself, Charlotte’s experienced the need for accessible, grounded creative support, without the pressure of huge teams and big-budget expectations.

At Not Studios, Charlotte holds the red thread, from core idea to the cherry on top. She acts as your Creative Director, shaping the vision and bringing in the right collaborators at the right time. Every idea gets a tailored process, curated team, and clear direction, so the project stays cohesive, creative, and uniquely yours.
